Terms and Conditions – Panthera Autorent

Welcome to Panthera Autorent. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our luxury car rental services, including Porsche rentals, sports car hire, executive vehicle leasing, and chauffeured services. By accessing or using our online platform and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making any booking or engaging with our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking or utilizing any service provided by Panthera Autorent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, alongside our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility and Driver Requirements

• Age: Drivers must be a minimum of 25 years old for most vehicles. Specific luxury or high-performance models may have higher age requirements, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Driving License: A valid, full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years is required. International hirers must present a valid national driving license from their country of origin along with an International Driving Permit (IDP) if their national license is not in English.
• Documentation: Hirers must provide proof of address (e.g., utility bill) and a form of photo identification (e.g., passport or national ID card) in addition to their driving license. Copies will be taken for verification purposes.
• Driving Record: Drivers must not have more than 6 penalty points on their license, nor have been disqualified from driving in the last 5 years. Serious endorsements may result in rental refusal.

3. Booking and Payment

• Reservations: All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Pricing: Rental rates are quoted as per the booking confirmation and include standard mileage limits and insurance coverage as detailed. Additional mileage, extended rental periods, or specific insurance add-ons will incur extra charges.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards. All payments must be made in GBP (£).
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals to cover potential damages, excess mileage, or other breaches of these terms. The amount varies by vehicle and will be specified at booking. This deposit will be refunded in full upon the safe return of the vehicle in its original condition, subject to a full inspection.

4. Insurance and Liability

• Included Insurance: All vehicles come with comprehensive insurance coverage for the named driver(s) during the rental period. Details of coverage, including any excess, will be provided in your rental agreement.
• Hirer's Responsibility: The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle or its parts beyond the insurance excess amount, as well as for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or breach of these terms.
• Accidents/Incidents: In the event of an accident, theft, or mechanical breakdown, you must immediately notify Panthera Autorent and the relevant authorities. Do not admit fault or liability to any third party.
• Excluded Items: Personal belongings are not covered by our vehicle insurance. We recommend you arrange personal travel insurance if needed.

5. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

• Permitted Use: Vehicles are for personal and business use within the UK only, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. They must not be used for racing, rallying, off-road driving, or any illegal activities.
• Fuel: All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of premium fuel and must be returned full. A refueling charge plus the cost of fuel will apply if returned with less than a full tank.
• Maintenance: The hirer is responsible for daily checks of oil, water, tire pressure, and fuel levels. Any warning lights or mechanical issues must be reported to Panthera Autorent immediately.
• Smoking & Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. Pets are generally not permitted unless expressly agreed upon in advance, and an additional cleaning fee may apply.

6. Changes, Cancellations, and Extensions

• Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary based on the booking type and notice period. Details will be provided upon reservation. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations.
• Modifications: Any requested changes to a booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or administrative fees.
• Extensions: If you wish to extend your rental period, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to the original return time. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional payment.

7. Chauffeured Services

• Chauffeur Conduct: Our professional chauffeurs are trained to provide a discreet and courteous service. Any unreasonable demands or inappropriate behavior towards our chauffeurs will not be tolerated.
• Journey Details: It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate journey details, including pick-up times, locations, and any specific requirements. Delays caused by incorrect information may result in additional charges.

8. Termination of Service

Panthera Autorent reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement and repossess the vehicle at any time if the hirer breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or if the vehicle is being used improperly or illegally. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
